Is there a charge to quote?
No, all quotes are free and are a fixed price. We visit your property on-site to give you an accurate quote. Once you agree to the quote there are no surprises with extra charges if it takes longer than expected.
How do I pay?
We have many payment options, they include cash, credit card, Paypal and direct bank deposit.
Do we accept cash?
Yes, happily take cash.

No, a single story home only.
Do you offer discounts?
To support our customers who have fortnightly bookings and pay via direct debit, we provide our services at a discounted rate. Through fortnightly service, your lawn will be looking its best all year round.
Are you insured?
Yes, We are fully insured with $5 Million Public Liability insurance cover with AAMI Business Insurance. Certificate of currency available upon request.

What if the service takes longer than expected?
There is no extra charge, we offer a fixed price quote.
Is there a minimum charge for a job?
Yes, our prices start from $88.
Do you provide a Tax Invoice?
Yes, we can email you a PDF version of a tax invoice which complies with the ATO requirements.
Do you take away waste?
Yes, we preferably use your green bin on-site first and then will take away any excess green waste. The price is included in your quote unless otherwise agreed.
Does the weather delay my service?
It depends, generally we work through the heat, cold and rain, but some jobs cannot be done well ( or at all) in certain weather conditions (e.g spraying weeds in the rain… ). We will let you know prior to the scheduled time and reschedule the job.
Do I need to supply anything?
No, we will bring everything unless agreed otherwise.
Do you work weekends?
Generally not, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we have access to the required area there is no reason to wait at home.
Can you book a specific time for a quote/job?
Yes, we will give you an accurate time within a 15-minute window and will also notify you if we are running late or need to re-book.
Can I cancel or reschedule a job?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a job. We require 48 hrs notice.
Do you tidy up after yourself?
Absolutely, we pride ourselves on leaving your yard looking immaculate. We remove all excess green waste and can also quote for rubbish removal.
Do you have a ride-on mower?
No, we do not have a ride-on mower.
How long will the job take?
This will depend on the size and complexity of the job. We will give you a guide upon request when quoting the property. However, because we do fixed price quoting by the job instead of by the hour, there is no extra cost if the job takes longer than expected.
Your garden maintenance
Why is regular maintenance important?
To maintain the health and appearance of your lawn it is important that you mow the lawn on a regular basis. Through consistent mowing of grass, you will encourage root development and promote healthy growth of your lawn.
Plants need regular pruning in order to remain healthy and promote new growth. With consistent weed spraying, you will be able to decrease the number of weeds that appear in your garden over time. Additionally, this prevents weeds from growing out of control. We regularly monitor gardens and evaluate their progress, to ensure they are remaining healthy and consistently look good.
How often should I cut the lawn?
As often as possible. The more often your lawn is mowed, the better it looks and it also prevents excessive thatch build-up. We usually do most jobs every fortnight, but will also do weekly or up to every 4 weeks.
Regular lawn mowing helps keep weeds down, minimises pests, makes the lawn less susceptible to disease. It promotes healthy growth of the grass by sending nutrients from the grass cuttings back into the soil.
Why is regular spraying of weeds important?
Regular weed spraying decreases the amount of weeds over time and prevents them from becoming large and out of control.
